Children under the age of 16 are required to have a parent/guardian signature on their application form.

New patrons may register for limited privileges with the library system. You'll need to remember the temporary card number you will receive after completing this online form in order to log into your account and place up to 2 requests for materials (does not include downloadable materials).

Within 30 days, please visit our library to register for a library card with full library privileges in order to check out materials, use the library computers or access and download emedia. You will need at least one form of identification (photo ID).  Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to complete the registration process.
