The Olson Memorial Library's Museum Pass program is made possible by a generous donation from the Sundberg family. Reserved passes should be picked up at Olson Memorial Library Information Desk. Please see Guidelines (below) for additional information.

The Olson Memorial Library is not responsible for museum closings due to weather, refurbishment, or special events.
*Please contact the museum prior to your trip to confirm hours of operation.
You will need a valid Adult library card to make a reservation. A valid card is one that is in date and has less than $10.00 in current fines. We are happy to update your card and help you get your fines cleared!
The Museum Pass can be reserved by stopping by or calling the Library at 715-479-8070. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance!
You can check out the Museum Pass for 1 day - it is due back no later than 9am on the day after you check it out (Monday at 9am for Saturday check-outs).
No way! This is a public library.
We do charge $10 a day if you don't return the Museum Pass, so please call us at 715-479-8070 if you would like to renew* the Pass.
*We can only renew the Pass for you if there are no existing reservations for other patrons.
The Pass is good for 6 guests - at least 1 adult - for one day’s visit, so it's perfect for grandparents with visiting grandkids or families looking for fun!
Passes may be checked out with your library card at the library beginning at 9 a.m. on your reservation day. The Pass is checked out to you for 1 day, and is due back no later than 9am on the day after you check it out (Monday at 9am for Saturday check-outs).
We may be able to renew the Pass for you, if there are no existing reservations for other patrons.
Please let us know if you will be unable to use the Pass if you have reserved it. That way, we can offer it to another patron. Cancellations can be made in person or by calling the Library at 715-479-8070.
If you don't cancel in advance of your reservation day, that is considered a "No Show". Because demand for the Pass is high, more than 1 “No Show” may result in a block on your ability to use the Museum Pass.
Return the Pass to the Library - either the main desk or the book drop - by 9 am the day following your reservation.
We're close to the Museum, so it's easy to swing by the Library and drop off the Pass as soon as you are done visiting!
The Olson Memorial Library does not have overdue fines. However, if the pass is not returned on time, your library account may be blocked.
If a pass is lost or damaged, the replacement fee is $50.
Please call or stop in if you have any questions or concerns!
